RSGS Kirkcaldy Group

The RSGS Kirkcaldy Group was established in 1994; Bruce Connolly gave the first public talk, entitled China South.

There are now six RSGS Inspiring People talks in Kirkcaldy each year.

15th October 2018 – Prof Doug Benn, Science and Adventure in Svalbard

19th November 2018 – Sarah Outen, Looping the Planet by Pedal and Paddle

21st January 2019 – Pete Ritchie, Who Wants to Live in a Good Food Nation?

18th February 2019 – Bruce Gittings FRSGS, Chile: A Land of Surprises

18th March 2019 – Fred Pearce FRSGS, When the Rivers Run Dry

These talks are given on Monday evenings.  Talks in the 2018-19 season will be held at the School of Midwifery, University of Dundee Fife Campus.
